Thank you for you interest in TheBearOutpost.com, Please be advised that most of our T-Shirt items are Print-on-Demand and may take up to 3-6 weeks for delivery. If you do need your order by a specific date or event, Please contact us at TheBearOutpost@aol.com.
Shipping & returns We are happy to offer shipping to any U.S. state, We also ship internationally.
All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping rate will be offered at the checkout for Priority Mail (within the United States) and First Class Mail International.
If you would like another shipping method please contact us prior to ordering.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 7 days of delivery, You will receive the refund within 2-3 weeks after the return of the item.
To proceed with the return correctly, please contact us at TheBearOutpost@aol.com and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package.
If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. Please contact us regarding this issue to set up replacement of the item, In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.

Please allow up to 3-6 weeks for delivery of any T-shirt order. If a sooner date is required please Contact us. Even though we try to keep a great variety of products in stock and print most items on demand, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at TheBearOutpost@aol.com If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the order is in the Processing stage or is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay.
If we are unable to deliver the item, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).
Orders within the U.S. will ship Priority Mail and a tracking number will be available.
TRACKING (INTERNATIONAL)
The default shipping method for International packages is typically First Class Mail International. Tracking on those is somewhat limited. Why is that? Well, because they technically do not offer a "tracking" service for that class of shipment, at least officially. What substitutes for "a tracking number" is the number off the customs label which does get entered into the USPS.com computer system when the shipping label is generated. Some times, the bar code on the customs form does get scanned at various points through the shipping process, some times it does not. Since it is not an official tracking feature, there is no guarantee that this bar code will be scanned nor that the scanned data (if it is scanned) is passed back to the USPS.com tracking system. Some times it is, some times it is not. If this bothers you, we do offer Priority Mail International and Express Mail International shipping options (at an additional cost) and have real tracking information and insurance plus typically a faster shipping time, depending on country. Please contact us if interested in using either service.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval.
Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. It may take 3-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. All the items will be produced after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped within 2-4 weeks after the funds are received from buyer's financial institution.
You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.

There will be no surcharge for your credit card purchase. Please, be sure to provide all of your information correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation. We are not responsible for lost, late, damage during shipping or misdirected mail
REFUNDS
Refunds will be given upon cancellation of order, Please allow 3 - 6 weeks for a credit card refund.Due to T-Shirt and all clothing / Hat orders being printed on demand, a 25% re-stocking / printing fee will be applied to all orders in the processing / production stage. All wholesale orders are treated as Custom Print orders and are not refundable. Please note that in a refund process, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
