What we will need from you to place an order for screen printing:

To place an order for screen printing we need your credit card/Payment information, shipping information and art all sent to TheBearOutpost@aol.com .  Your order will be put on hold until all appropriate information is received.

Deposit/Payment:

There is a 50-100% Deposit required once artwork has been approved, Any balance will be due upon delivery or shipment of order, a late payment fee of 15% may be added onto orders not paid-in-full within two weeks after completion. Your order will not be shipped or delivered until full payment is received.

Our minimum order for screen printing:

Our minimum order is 24 pieces for up to a 4-color imprint. Unless your garments are for sports teams receiving names and numbers on their garments, this is the only exception to our 24 piece minimum.

Our turn around time:

Our turn around time for a silk-screening order is 7-10 business days from the final art approval. You will be notified if more time is required

RUSH jobs:

Rush jobs are completed in less than 7 business days after the final approval of your art and are subject to a 25% addition to your total. We do ask that you contact us first to make sure we are able to handle it, as we do not always have an open spot on our press for such jobs.

Our proof / approval process:

On all new orders we will be sending you an art proof for your review. This proof will state the size, colors and overall location of your print job. Please make sure to look over the proof carefully as once it is approved we will be printing exactly that. Proofs are issued about 1-2 business days after all information and art have been received.

What's included in the Price:

When we are establishing our costs for printing, our pricing includes clothing, Ink and labor, There may be an additional set-up fee added to your quote. Shipping rates may be determined after printing of order is completed.

Possible other charges:

Please check your quote, although we do not have hidden charges, we do add for Nylon, Polyester, Mesh, Pant legs, Pant backs, shirt sides, hats, towels, specialty inks, foil or anything which is out of the ordinary. a late payment fee of 15% may be added onto orders not paid-in-full within two weeks after completion.

Care of Printed clothing:

Most items may be machine washed in cold water using the gentle cycle and tumble dried using low heat. If items are printed using specialty inks or a foil application, Please contact us for specific care instructions. (please note that applied foil may wear off in time)
